Q: What is the difference between an Estate sales and garage sales?
A: In an estate sale, you pay a company a fee to manage the event and sell every single item in the home. This is often the best course to choose after a divorce or a death in the family. You don't do any of the actual selling, but there's plenty of work to do to prepare for one.

Q: How long is the sale?
A: In most cases, the sale is set up over a two to three day period. It depends on the size of the home and amount of items required to sell.

Q: What if you don't sell all the items?
A: Again, in most cases, we usually have a bulk buyer at the end of salefor any unsold items, or we can arrange for charity donations where tax receipts are provided.

Q: How do I know if I have enough items for tag sale?
A: Give us a call. It may be all it takes to find out.

Q: Is there a minimum amount of items needed for a tag sale?
A: There is no fixed minimum. However, the amount of items to be sold; the value of those items, and the amount of work involved determine whether we can be of service and the best method of selling the merchandise.
